WAREHOUSE: Freight/Warehouse Agents perform a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving and processing inbound and outbound airfreight, filling orders for shipment, building and breaking down freight, performing foreign object damage (“FOD”) inspections and organizing warehouse inventory.

Pay: $17/hr

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Consistently attend assigned shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, at times stressful.
  • Able to work with little to no supervision.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Able to read, speak, write, and understand English.

RAMP: The Ramp Agent is responsible for providing ground support for inbound and outbound aircraft. This position loads and unloads freight and or baggage handling.

Pay: $18/hr

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Loads unload, services, guides, pushes back, and directs aircraft 
  • Transports Cargo to and from the aircraft in a safe and timely manner 
  • Weighs, stacks, pick up, and delivers all cargo and accompanying paperwork and delivers to the appropriate location 
  • As qualified, operates all power and other ground equipment, including push backs, tugs, tow bars, etc. as directed in order to complete Aircraft Operations 
  • Ensures safety of all aircraft, cargo, equipment, and personnel at all times 
  • Marshalls, parks, push back and controls all aspects of security of aircraft while under their control 
  • Other duties as assigned.

YARD HOSTLER: A Yard Hostler is responsible for moving trailers in and out of specific locations using a yard goat. Class A License is REQUIRED! 

Pay: $25 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Transport/move trailers to and from yard location. 
  • Maintain accurate reports and logs. 
  • Must maintain safe driving record. 
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable DOT, Company, State, and Federal policies/laws regarding traffic, safety, hours worked, and drugs and alcohol.

RAMP: 

Agents provide a prompt and efficient service to our airline clients and their passengers by performing the following duties:

Pay: $16.25/hr.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Guide arriving aircraft to the gate safely without damage or injury
  • Unload baggage and cargo in a speedy and safe manner
  • Deliver arriving luggage to the claim area within client guidelines
  • Upload outgoing cargo and baggage according to load plan requirements
  • Dispatch aircraft safely without damage or injury
  • Maintain area cleanliness
  • Periodically check the ground equipment for functionality
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

DOCK AGENT: 

As a Dock Agent you will be a part of a group of driven people and will spend time performing a variety of warehouse and dock duties.

Pay: $15.75/hr

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Confirm proper and timely loading and unloading of products.
  • Perform various inventory counts; order supplies and goods as needed.
  • Maintain dock equipment, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and a clean and tidy workspace is always kept.
  • Ensures YMS employee is checking for late arrival/late departure of loads as well as creating cases when necessary.
  • Ensuring we comply within 90 days for BOL, Scale Logs, and Truck Activity Logs.30 days for 150lbs.
  • Ensuring that staged loads on the dock match virtually and physically prior to loading/offloading.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

SCANNING AGENT: 

As a Scanner, you will monitor scanning department inventory to ensure that products are scanned, labeled, stored and shipped in an accurate, efficient manner. 

Pay: $15.25/hr

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all scanning procedures.
  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision.
  • Ensure all freight is properly scanned to correct destination prior to departing.
  • Stage & Scan freight to appropriate containers for other agents prior to build up.
  • Scan/Sort mixed containers and identify appropriate destination cart.
  • Perform various inventory counts and order supplies and goods as needed.
  • Maintain scanning equipment, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and clean on a daily basis.
  • Conduct required company audits and ensure continuity and compliance at all times

YARD HOSTLER:

A Yard Hostler/ Truck Driver is responsible for moving trailers in and out of specific locations using a yard goat. Class A License is REQUIRED! 

Pay: $23/hr

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Transport/move trailers to and from yard location.
  • Maintain accurate reports and logs.
  • Maintain a clean a safe work environment.
  • Must maintain safe driving record.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable DOT, Company, State, and Federal policies/laws regarding traffic, safety, hours worked, and drugs and alcohol.
  • Other duties as assigned.
